Andi Shively Bookkeeping is a small team of people experienced in bookkeeping, small business management, and non-profit administration. We support independent businesses, non-profits, and cooperatives through a range of services, including general consultation, administrative system design and implementation, full service bookkeeping, and training and support for clients who want to handle their own bookkeeping, but need some help getting it done right. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety and loves to geek out on business data and solving problems in administrative systems and workflows. We are currently looking to fill the position of Account Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
Account reconciliation, data entry, financial statement analysis, AP/AR, accounting system design and setup, client training, insurance reporting, payroll, tax filings (payroll and state sales tax), client meetings, and some internal administrative work. We work almost exclusively in Quickbooks Online and Quickbooks desktop products.

• Minimum of two years bookkeeping experience
• Proficient knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Must exercise confidentiality and discretion
• Reliable transportation

30-40 hours/week. Flexible hours with the ability to work remotely. Substantial availability during normal business hours is a must.

Hourly compensation based on experience. Health insurance stipend available.
